I am seriously not liking the "twin rape" thing... The article doesn't really give much detail but surely if one of them did it, then the other one is/will be guilty of obstructing justice, aiding a crime (etc etc) for giving him an alibi?
Unless one of them completely had no clue (which is not likely with identical twins) it's a case closed for me; They have your DNA! Both arrested and done.
