Just days after the murder of 17-year-old Kelvin Chibueze on Monday, another London teenager is dead.14-year-old Leroy James (left), from Edmonton, east London, was found stabbed to death in a park in Enfield.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister David Cameron's Conservative government is closing projects designed to prevent young people joining gangs, The Guardian reports.
