Lady In The Fog

Film Skool

| Pea-souper fog, a murder mystery, and Cesar Romero at his most charming.

Lady in the Fog makes its world debut on UHD and Blu-ray, restored by Hammer in 4K from the original film negatives for its 75th anniversary.

Cesar Romero stars as a fogbound writer caught up in an intricate murder mystery in this spirited slice of Brit Noir from Sam Newfield, the most prolific director in sound film history. Co-starring a pre-Moneypenny Lois Maxwell, with a scene-stealing cameo from The Ladykillers' Katie Johnson.

The Limited Collector's Edition includes both the British version (Lady in the Fog) and the US version (Scotland Yard Inspector), plus new commentaries, a video essay on Sam Newfield and a booklet of essays and interviews.

Brit Noir at its most atmospheric. A must-have for lovers of British noir, classic crime cinema, and anyone who thought they'd exhausted the golden age of British genre filmmaking.
