Six years ago, Blake Mitchell met Bel Ami model Yannis Paluan for a workout. Here's the video of the much-loved star at his vivacious best.

Blake Mitchell, aka Lane V. Rogers, passed away in a motorcycle accident on Monday, prompting tributes from those who knew him best.
